Tractor-Trailer Accident On I-95

On Thursday, March 15, a tractor-trailer overturned on the exit ramp 35 – PA 63 West/Woodhaven Road of I-95 North. The crash caused the ramp to close down to traffic around 2:30 pm so that crews could remove the overturned truck. The accident caused a heavy backup of vehicles but there were no reported injuries. The cause of the crash has not been released.

Car Accident On West Chester Pike

On Wednesday, March 14, a major car crash occurred on West Chester Pike in Westtown Township. At around 1:30 pm the driver of a Honda CR-V lost control of their vehicle when speeding down the road. The car hit the median, crossed into the eastbound lanes and then went airborne. The vehicle finally ended in up in the parking lot of Saints Simon and Jude school where it hit several parked cars. The police had to lift the car up to free the driver who was trapped underneath and rush him the hospital. The road closed for several hours, opening at about 5 pm.

Overturned Tractor-Trailer Creates A Mess On The Road

On Tuesday, March 13, an overturned tractor-trailer caused a large mess in Montgomery County on a portion of the Schuylkill Expressway. At about 1:30 pm a truck that was carrying a cargo of liquid eggs overturned on I-76 spilling the products all over the expressway. Thankfully no one was injured in the accident but traffic was greatly affected for several hours as crews cleaned up the mess that followed the accident.
