Holding Negligent Parties Liable After An Injury
When someone acts recklessly or without proper care and another person gets injured, it’s important to make sure the victim has the resources they need while recovering from the injury. A personal injury lawsuit allows these victims to seek monetary damages from the person responsible for causing their accident. These damages can be both economic (such as medical bills, lost wages, etc.) and noneconomic (such as pain and suffering or loss of enjoyment of life).
