Accident Leaves SUV On The Porch Of Philadelphia House
On Sunday, July 15, a car accident occurred in the Holmesburg section of Philadelphia. At around 3 pm two vehicles crashed into one another close to the intersection of Frankford Avenue and Kendrick Street. Miraculously, no one was injured in this accident that occurred with such force that one of the vehicles, an SUV, landed on the front porch of a nearby residence.
Man From PA Killed In A Delaware Hit And Run Accident
On Saturday, July 14, an unidentified Pennsylvania man was driving to the exit of I-495 when he lost control of his car around 4:15 am. His car hit a barrier, flipped and spun out into a grassy area off of the highway. The man exited his vehicle and walked back to the highway to make a phone call when he was struck by a small sports car. The vehicle that hit the man did not stop and the PA man was pronounced dead at the scene. There two other passengers in the vehicle from the original accident that were taken to Christiana Hospital to be treated for minor injuries. The police are investigating and looking for more information regarding the accident and the identity of the driver of the sports car.
Woman Identified In New Jersey Tractor-Trailer Accident
In Camden County, on Route 42 an accident occurred between a car and a tractor-trailer killing a 24-year-old woman on Wednesday, July 11. Investigators said that a Mazda, driven by a 26-year-old male, was driving southbound in Bellmawr a little after 1 pm when the vehicle a struck a Dodge Challenger which then hit a tractor-trailer. The tractor-trailer was partially hanging over water off of an overpass while the Mazda became partially wedged underneath the truck. The female who died in the accident was a passenger in the Mazda and has now been identified. Police are investigating the accident.
